František Hruška (born 1998, Ostrava) studied sonology in The Hague and currently works to develop synthesizers at Bastl Instruments in Brno. He has worked with sound and music in a wide and varied range of contexts and forms, although in his live improvised sound-light performances he specifically focuses on concepts of playfulness in music and the questions of communication and sound ecology. Hruška plays with the listener’s imagination using analogue electronic instruments, mostly from his own workshop. His style range from organic analogue abstraction to pulsating electro-confrontation and works exploring the depths of colourful sonic eruptions.
